A place to plan. A reason to keep the conversation going.

Make the invitation.
Be there for what follows.

Bring legacy giving into the moment a supporter is planning their Will, then build on that relationship over time.

  1. Start with your community

Campaign communications in your voice, shared through your channels, invite supporters to plan ahead.

  2. Give your message a place

A co-branded Will-writing journey includes an optional invitation to leave a gift to your organisation.

  3. Keep the relationship growing

Pledge reporting helps your team recognise intentions, say thank you and shape the next conversation.

Will-writing is available in England & Wales. Wills are written online, then signed on paper with two witnesses.

Turn an intention into a conversation. Understand the type of gift a supporter has chosen, and give your team a starting point for stewardship.

More context for a thoughtful follow-up.

A percentage of an estate and a fixed-sum gift are different expressions of support. Reporting helps you understand that intention.

Use it to inform your stewardship and future campaigns, with the supporter relationship at the centre.

You bring the relationship.

Your brand, community knowledge and communication channels. Your team reviews the materials and sends the campaign.

We help bring it together.

We prepare the co-branded journey and campaign materials with you, then use the reporting to inform what comes next.

A few practical questions.

Does a supporter have to leave us a gift?

No. The legacy invitation is optional. Supporters decide whether to include a gift and what that gift should be.

Is the Will signed online?

No. Supporters write their Will online, then sign the paper document with two witnesses. True Wills lets them upload a scanned copy for blockchain storage; it does not replace signing and witnessing.

Who is the Will-writing journey for?

The Will-writing journey is for people in England & Wales. We can discuss your community and how to explain the service’s scope in your campaign.

What does our team need to do?

Share your brand materials, tell us about your community and review the campaign content. You send communications through your own channels. We agree the campaign plan and responsibilities together.

What supporter information will we receive?

The example above shows the intended report format. We’ll explain the reporting fields and data-sharing arrangements for your programme before you launch.
